Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases of unused items can be returned for a refund within seven days of purchase. Please email us at  with your order number to request a return or exchange. We will provide you with our return address. 

Returns will be processed within 3 days of receiving the product. Please note that the shipping costs for returns/exchanges must be covered by the customer (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.  We recommend you send the parcel back with a trackable service as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive the parcel back and do not take any responsibility for lost items in transit
